So you bought a brand New Home from a reputable Builder. Maybe it was a Custom Home or maybe a cookie cutter. Either way it was a NEW home so why have a Independent Home Inspection ? The pictures below were found in a $350,000 Custom Home.
Water damage in the Crawlspace !
Construction debris !!
Insulation installed improperly !!
Unexplained damage to the foundation !!
I don’t know about you but if I paid good money for a Custom Home I would except a little better Craftmanship than that.
So if you didn’t get that Home Inspection on your “BRAND NEW HOME” maybe you should get one today before “The Builders Warranty” EXPIRES !!!
